FAQ
Do we have to bring supplies?
Yes as independent providers you are responsible for any supplies and equipment needed.
What's the benefit of working with an agency vs cleaning privately?
Working with Peak Cleaning Service, our goal is to provide you with high-quality stable work, at the highest possible booking rates. We go after the best jobs to give you the best work possible and to work with the nicest and most generous customers that are beyond happy to receive your service.
The doc mentions “exit fees” are those pertaining to any contractor who decides they don’t want or are not able to contract with the company anymore?
No, the “exit fee” refers to a contractor working independently with a homeowner, outside of the contract with Peak Cleaning. Contractors have the option to “take” Peak’s customers if they pay an “Exit Fee”. This is not something that is regularly used or discussed, only enforced if we have issues with non-competes.
Toilet paper and paper towels- are these available for the guests of the rentals provided by the owner/company or does the contractor provide them for the guests?
The contractor does not need to supply anything besides cleaning supplies. All home supplies are supplied by the homeowner.
Laundry supplies- are the laundry supplies provided by the owner/company or does the contractor provide them?
The contractor does not need to supply anything besides cleaning supplies. All home supplies are supplied by the homeowner. Laundry detergent is a recommended cleaning supply, in case a home is low or out of stock the contractor should have spares, but they are not expected to replenish the household stock.
